A bit of a trip down memory lane this week…to The Ledbury.
One of the absolute joys of opening our own restaurant has been the freedom to bring all our ideas to life. Every dish Henry has ever dreamed up, every little detail we’ve admired in other restaurants - we can bring it together exactly how we want
This week’s petit fours are a great example: Chocolate Orange Crémeux & Clementine
Henry has always loved the idea of serving a little extra treat at the end of dinner—something sweet, playful, and memorable to round off the meal. Meanwhile, Alina & Joel have never forgotten a meal at The Ledbury many years ago (before photographing every plate was a thing), where the final flourish, after all the indulgent food and wine, was a simple clementine. That small but thoughtful detail stuck with them and has always been something we’ve wanted to do
Bringing these personal touches to life is honestly one of the most fulfilling parts of what we do!
