Between birthday celebrations and event planning, there hasn’t been much time for eating out lately - so here’s your friendly reminder that yesterday, tonight, and tomorrow we’re hosting our very first collab, and it’s an absolute cracker!
It’s been a joy working with Jakob, bouncing around menu ideas, and taking inspiration from his techniques and approach. Collaborations like this sharpen our focus on what makes Wilson’s food… Wilson’s food (if you see what we mean)!
Back to our usual restaurant recommendations next time, but if you fancy a taste of old-school French cooking, we’ve got a couple of early evening tables left for tonight and tomorrow. Jump in while you can!
