Where We Eat: Trinity

Earlier this week Henry went for lunch at Trinity in Clapham by Adam Byatt, a one-star restaurant with a recently opened Bib Gourmand restaurant upstairs…so quite the setup

Lunch was, unsurprisingly, very impressive and it’s fair to say that between Henry and his Dad they covered a lot of ground on both the menu and the wine list!

Henry’s take? Immaculate dining room, precise cooking, elegant plating, extra courses and surprises along the way, and—let’s be honest—a pretty hefty bill.  In short, a textbook one-star restaurant experience

Much like Alina & Joel’s meal at Pétrus last year, it was a great reminder of what’s possible at this level… but also a reminder of what we don’t want to do at Wilson’s!
